I’m in Coventry, UK at the University of Warwick for the 20th European Workshop on White Dwarfs. I’m giving a talk entitled The evolution and fate of super-Chandrasekhar mass white dwarf merger remnants and presenting a poster entitled Turbulent Chemical Diffusion in Convectively Bounded Carbon Flames.
I gradudated today! Eliot had two students finish this year: myself and Daniel Lecoanet. Daniel and I were co-recipients of the Mary Elizabeth Uhl Prize.
My Ph.D. thesis, The Long-Term Outcomes of Double White Dwarf Mergers, has been submitted and accepted!
I’m in Clayton, Victora at Monash University for the Electron Capture Supernovae and Super-AGB Star Workshop. I’m giving a talk entitled The Evolution of ONe White Dwarfs towards Accretion-Induced Collapse.
I’m in Kissimmee, Florida at the 227th meeting of the American Astronomical Society giving my dissertation talk entitled The Long-Term Outcomes of Double White Dwarf Mergers.
